I went out fishing for a few hours yesterday evening with my labmate, Don. He has the boat. We fished in and around these cypress trees for panfish on Newnans Lake, just east of Gainesville.
We caught enough for a meal for each of us. Just getting out on the water to put a line in and drink a few cold beers on a warm Sunday evening would have been enough for me.
