Make sure to check your email... Adam sent out a really nice email, encouraging the recollection of good memories. So, here's one: remember when we went hiking at Devil's Lake and Derek brought lunch for us - those nasty, 20 year old MREs?? Or how about the time we went ice skating at Matt's parents' house and Derek fell and split his forehead open...then we faked a picture of you attacking him with your skate to explain the wound. :) Happy thoughts.
I remember Derek attacking the dead trees when he came camping with us at Boulder Lake....what a game he made of it...also his 'Gladiator' attacks at Unilya's sled hill...Derek was an awesome man who is at peace eternally. Love all of you, Mom
