Out of the Gulf

Just got done cleaning and eating this season's first catch of scallops. Michelle cooked these up with mixed vegetables and tortellini. They were out of the gulf and into the frying pan so quick, their muscles were still twitching, which kind of freaked her out.

Randy (airboat and blueberry guy) and I went to Horseshoe Beach. We fished in the morning and scalloped in the afternoon.

We plan on going out again next weekend and I promise to include more pictures of the whole process.
